Project activities structured around Work Packages

The project ensures a structured, timely, and efficient implementation through clear planning, milestone tracking, and continuous support to WP leaders. Regular updates, coordinated reporting, and well-organized management meetings will guide decision-making and maintain progress.

Internal communication will be streamlined and aligned with dissemination efforts, while risk and change management will be based on milestone achievement and KPIs. All necessary documentation will be developed to support smooth project execution and finalization.

The project will build on insights from the pre-project phase by confirming identified study programs, lectures, and faculties as initial seeding points for green activities, while also updating these based on the current context. Recommendations from the EACEA and the project officer will be integrated, and relevant information will be further refined to support the development work packages (WPs 2–5). A detailed task list and timeline will be created in alignment with the overall workplan to guide smooth implementation. 

The project will focus on developing demand-driven courses by testing, refining, and implementing training activities with students, while also conducting train-the-trainer sessions. Courses will be integrated into regular curricula and continuously updated using tools and methods from WPs 4 and 5. Close collaboration with WP2 will support accreditation efforts, and a detailed task list with a broken-down timeline will guide implementation in line with the overall workplan.

This work package aims to enhance non-academic education in the fields of tourism and agro-food, as well as for broader applications, by developing practical, demand-driven training modules. Trainings will be tested, refined, and delivered in collaboration with academic partners and training organizations, alongside train-the-trainer activities. These trainings will be integrated into existing practitioner programs and mapped start-up and accelerator initiatives (WP6), using tools from WP5 and aligning closely with WP7 to support certification.

This work package focuses on developing and adapting digital training systems to ensure effective delivery of content produced in the project. It aims to expand the teaching toolkits of partner universities, improve digital training capacities for both academic and non-academic contexts, and provide innovative, user-friendly tools tailored to the needs of diverse target groups. Selected tools will be validated with learners and integrated into training through interactive elements like serious games, competitions, and rewards to boost engagement.

A key goal is to offer personalized learning experiences via an adaptive platform that adjusts to individual progress, serving both as a virtual classroom and collaborative space. The platform will host bite-sized learning modules, videos, and podcasts to support flexible, long-term learning. Teachers and trainers will be equipped through targeted training and best-practice exchange, while the project also raises awareness about freely available digital and academic tools, including those addressing climate change education.

This work package aims to foster entrepreneurship in green technologies, health, and agriculture by engaging students across various disciplines and supporting them from idea development to business planning and financing. Through simulation games, students will explore economic processes in startups while building interdisciplinary and intercultural teamwork, decision-making, and presentation skills. A central online platform will enable mentoring and networking, offering tailored support and recruitment opportunities throughout the start-up journey.

The project will establish a sustainable incubator and start-up academy model supported by interactive tools such as virtual maps and green certification standards. By promoting collaboration among academia, business, civil society, and government actors, the initiative will create integrated support systems combining financial and non-financial assistance. Certified courses, ongoing feedback, and regular content updates will ensure long-term quality and impact, with a particular focus on green business acceleration in Thailand and Vietnam. 

To ensure high-quality outcomes throughout the project, close coordination with Work Package 1 will support the continuous monitoring, evaluation, and improvement of all activities. A set of quality assurance tools and guidelines will be developed to maintain high output standards and to document best practices and lessons learned. Course content will be regularly updated to reflect current industry trends and emerging technologies, and instructors will be selected based on both academic qualifications and practical expertise.

Clear certification criteria and rigorous assessment methods will be defined to evaluate participants’ learning and ensure transparency. Accreditation from relevant bodies will be considered to enhance the program’s credibility. Additionally, mechanisms for ongoing monitoring and thorough documentation—covering attendance, achievements, and course completion—will be implemented to uphold standards and track progress over time.

The Dissemination and Impact work package ensures the visibility and uptake of project results through a targeted communication strategy aimed at both key stakeholders and the general public. This includes developing a website, dissemination materials, and engagement plans for partners and stakeholders.

It also focuses on identifying exploitable results for inclusion in an IPR and exploitation plan, with potential for course accreditation. Ongoing feedback and quality monitoring will guide improvements, while thorough documentation of participation and outcomes will support recognition and long-term impact.
